How To Make Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Salad

Create a crisp, but creamy salad with grilled peach slices, prosciutto, and arugula. Pair with a Rosé Sparkling wine or our elegant DVX Brut Rosé whose white peach aromas and toasted notes will harmonize with the grilled peaches, while the salty prosciutto adds a savory element.

Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients

  • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for drizzling
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 10 ounces arugula
  • 1 8-ounce burrata ball
  • 10 thin slices of prosciutto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Carefully halve the peaches, removing the pit. Drizzle cut side with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Grill peaches with non-skin side down for about 4 minutes, until lightly charred.
  4. Fill a platter with the burrata and layer on peach slices, scoops of burrata and prosciutto slices.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
