Each state regulates wine shipping individually – and many do not allow residents to have wine shipped directly to them. Most state laws also include volume restrictions.

There must be an adult 21 years of age or older available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery. We expect our carriers to make multiple delivery attempts, per their policy. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Orders placed online will arrive within 7-10 business days. If you need your shipment sooner, please contact us by phone at 800-686-6272 to learn about shipping options to your state.
Once wine leaves the warehouse, it cannot be returned pursuant to applicable law concerning alcoholic products. However, in the event that your delivered item is damaged or defective, contact the Mumm Napa team at 800-686-6272 to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective wine club shipment from Mumm Napa, you can contact the Mumm Napa team at 800-686-6272 during our hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday), or email us at mumm_info@mummnapa.com to arrange for a replacement or refund. However, Mumm Napa does not accept returns of wine for reasons other than damage or defects.
Mumm Napa offers a temperature-controlled shipping option to certain states (7-21 day delivery). You can also contact the Mumm Napa team at 800-686-6272 to add ice packs to your shipment.
We ship to either a business or home address. There must be an adult 21 years of age or older available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery. All wine shipments must be received by and signed for by an adult over the age of 21. A business address is preferred. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

If you are a Wine Club member, it is your obligation to notify us of any address changes at least 2 weeks before the scheduled club shipment date. Mumm Napa Wine Club will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned wines. A restocking fee may be applied to returned shipments. No insurance for heat or cold damage is provided by the shipper. In extreme weather conditions at the point of origin, your wine may be held until it is safer to ship.
