You’ll receive curated club shipments four times a year (February, May, September, and November). About 10 days before each shipment, you’ll receive an email allowing you to customize your shipment or add extra bottles for the same flat-fee shipping. Your card will be charged on the first of the month of each shipment cycles, and your wines will typically ship in the second week of the month .
You must be at least 21 years old to join Club Mumm Napa.
We ask that you commit to a minimum of three club shipments. After that, it’s up to you. We have members who love the club so much they’ve stayed with us for over 25 years!
There’s no right or wrong answer here! All members enjoy complimentary tastings, 20% off wines and purchases, and access to exclusive and eagerly awaited seasonal releases—the right level comes down to how much you’d like to explore and how many bottles you’d like to receive in your four annual shipments.
Classic level (3 bottles) is a great way to say yes to spontaneous celebrations with a curated seasonal sampling of our award-winning sparkling wines.
Collector level (6 bottles) is our core membership offering—experience the full range of styles and flavor profiles, with priority access to limited-production wines and an annual Oak Terrace Heritage Tasting for two.
Connoisseur level (12 bottles) is for those who want to stock their cellar with exceptional sparkling wine while enjoying everything Club Mumm Napa has to offer—including DVX wines in every shipment, complimentary tickets to all events, and an exclusive annual winemaking experience with our head winemaker.
There is no upfront cost to joining Club Mumm Napa. You pay per shipment; your cost depends on the club level you choose and your customizations. Club memberships start at $150-200 per shipment.

Members receive four curated club shipments each year, 20% off all wines and purchases, complimentary tastings, flat-rate shipping, access to wines you won’t find anywhere else, and exclusive experiences.

We ask that you commit to a minimum of three club shipments before canceling and hope you will enjoy them so much you will stay a member much longer!
While we do not offer gift memberships at this time, you are welcome to have your club shipment shipped to a different address as a gift. Update the delivery address for the upcoming shipment in your member account online and change it back after the shipment is delivered.
Yes, club members receive 20% off all wines, both club selections and any additional wine purchases at the winery or on the Mumm Napa website. They also enjoy 20% off tours and additional tastings, event tickets, and merchandise.
As a club member, you’re always a special guest at the winery. Enjoy complimentary tastings, member-only events, and complimentary pickup parties, as well as priority seating.

To redeem friends and family passes, reach out to the Club Concierge via email ([email protected]), phone (800-686-6272), or text (844-664-1500) when your guests are ready to book their visit. Unlike other complimentary tastings, when you need to be present to host guests, you can arrange this experience for friends and family when you’re not able to join them.
You can book your tastings on our website—be sure you are logged in using the email associated with your membership. Club members receive complimentary tastings for up to four people, twelve times a year.
At the Collector and Connoisseur levels, members enjoy a complimentary Oak Terrace Heritage Tasting for two each year. This is a special 75-minute experience featuring limited-production sparkling wines and local artisan cheeses. Your pass will arrive in the mail in the month you celebrate your club membership anniversary.

All club members are welcome at our member pickup parties—these complimentary events are an opportunity for us to thank you for being part of the Mumm Napa family. You are welcome to bring a guest. (Connoisseur members may bring three!) Pickup parties are held each spring and fall and we email details ahead of each one. Make sure to RSVP as these events have been filling up quickly.
Connoisseur members get four complimentary tickets to all Mumm Napa events. Your discount will be applied automatically if you register online using the email address associated with your club membership, or you can contact the Club Concierge to book.
As soon as you sign up, our Club Concierge team will be in touch to schedule your first shipment. After that, you’ll receive your shipments on a regular cadence of 4 times a year, in February, May, September, and November.

Yes, at Mumm Napa, wine club members can customize their shipments to fit their preferences. You can select the wines you want to receive or add additional bottles to your shipment, keeping the same flat-rate shipping. You will receive a pre-shipment email about 10 days prior to the shipment month, and you are able to customize from the link within the email or by contacting the Club Concierge by phone, text, or email.

Yes, members may skip one shipment each year. Please contact the Club Concierge to arrange.
We will hold club orders at the winery for 60 days. You can always contact the Club Concierge to have your order shipped if you aren’t able to make it. After 60 days, if we haven’t heard from you, we will ship the selection to you at your billing address at the standard shipping rate for your membership level.
Shipping rates on club shipments vary by membership level. Classic members enjoy a $30 flat rate, Collector members a $20 flat rate, and Connoisseur members have shipping included. Hawaii residents receive 50% off expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee to other states.
Your club shipment rate only applies to the four curated club shipments we send you each year, as well as to holiday magnums if you opt in to adding them to your membership. However, you can add as many bottles as you’d like to each club shipment for the same flat rate. In between club shipments, keep an eye on email from us for special offers on shipping (as well as early access, new releases, and other opportunities).
If you receive a damaged or defective wine club shipment, please reach out to the Club Concierge via email ([email protected]), phone (800-686-6272), or text (844-664-1500) to arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, Mumm Napa does not accept returns of wine for reasons other than damage or defects.
Now you can arrange to pick up your wines at a convenient retail location (UPS Stores, FedEx Office locations, Walgreens, Office Depot, and more) at no extra cost – simply follow the instructions in your shipment confirmation email to choose your preferred location through via.Delivery.
If you have not specified an alternate pickup location and there is no adult 21 years of age or older available to sign for the shipment, we expect our carriers to make multiple delivery attempts per their policy. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse and additional shipping fees may apply.
Mumm Napa does not accept returns of wine for reasons other than damage or defects.
