About This Wine
This gift set contains a bottle of Brut Reserve Extended Tirage. For this very special release of our Brut Reserve Extended Tirage, we held back some of our Brut Reserve blend for longer aging, a total of seven and a half years on the yeast. With the Brut Reserve blend, we always try to show the ripe fruit flavors characteristic of Napa.

Profile
Aromas of freshly baked brioche and spiced apple are complemented by hints of dark cherry, tangerine, honey and almond paste. The palate is rich and creamy with notes of toasted almond, grilled bread, apple and a touch of honey on the finish.
Occasions & Pairings
A wine this rich and toasty calls for something special. While it would be lovely paired with roasted chicken or a cheese board, we suggest taking it a step further and making a cassoulet to pair with it. It’s a perfect, warming winter dish that would be a delicious match for this wine.
