We carefully picked and pressed the grapes for this unique wine using the same methods we use for our Napa wines. The difference comes from the terroir. This exquisite release showcases the region’s distinctive cool climate with its bright acidity and delicate fruit. We chose an Extra Brut to let the elegance and purity of the fruit take center stage.
