About This Wine

We carefully picked and pressed the grapes for this unique wine using the same methods we use for our Napa wines. The difference comes from the terroir. This exquisite release showcases the region’s distinctive cool climate with its bright acidity and delicate fruit.  We chose an Extra Brut to let the elegance and purity of the fruit take center stage.

Profile

This wine opens with notes of Meyer lemon curd, red apple, and apricot, complemented by toasty biscuit and roasted nut aromas from the yeast.  On the palate, bright acidity on entry leads to a creamy mid-palate and a long, toasty finish.

This wine would be a lovely aperitif at your next dinner party.  You could even lean into the Oregon theme, incorporating ingredients such as Oregon bay shrimp, Pacific halibut, and toasted hazelnuts.
