About This Wine
Napa is known for producing excellent Cabernet Sauvignon. We’d always wondered what it would taste like as a sparkling wine. We’re excited to share this third release from 2020. Grapes were hand-picked and gently pressed away from the skins to produce this Blanc de Noirs style. A portion of the blend was aged in older oak barrels, lending some subtle spice and rounding out the mouthfeel. We hope you enjoy this unique release as much as we do!

Profile
Toasty biscuit aromas lead into notes of dried fig and plum, with hints of dried herbs. On the palate, the wine opens with fig, red apple, and roasted hazelnut. The refreshingly bright acidity carries into a long, toasty finish.
Occasions & Pairings
This is a wine with a personality that will stand up well to bigger flavors. It would work nicely with a pork roast or a wild mushroom risotto.
