Discover the world of méthode traditionnelle. In this private tour, you’ll get up close to the intricate process of sparkling winemaking and learn the art of creating and capturing the delicate streams of tiny bubbles, followed by an Oak Terrace Tasting.
Hours: 10:00am – 3:30pm (Daily)
Learn about the process from start to finish at your pace and cap off your experience with a curated selection of five sparkling wines paired with artisan cheeses from area purveyors, hand-picked by our winemaker Tami Lotz.
Pricing: $125/person | $100/Club Member
Note that reservations are required & all guests in your party must be 21+.
