Membership
You’ll receive curated club shipments four times a year (February, May, September, and December). About 10 days before each shipment, you’ll receive an email allowing you to customize your shipment or add extra bottles for the same flat-fee shipping. Your card will be charged when your wines are ready for pickup or shipping. Wines typically ship on the 2nd week of the month of each club shipment cycle and may take up to 7 business days to reach their destination.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to join the Club Mumm Napa.
You will continue receiving and being charged for shipments under your automatically renewing Club Mumm Napa membership until you cancel. Depending on your membership level, your payment method will automatically be charged between four and five times per year at the then-current pricing based on the wines and order frequency you have selected. Cancel your membership any time by emailing us at mumm_club@mummnapa.com or by calling us at 800-686-6272.
There’s no right or wrong answer here! The right membership for you depends on your preferences and how much wine you’d like to receive. You can choose from three tiers. Receive 3 bottles of wine 4 times a year, when joining our Classic Club tier, or 6 bottles if you join our Collector and get access to the complete selection of Mumm Napa-exclusive sparkling wines, including our DVX annual release & limited-production wines. If you are a devoted fan of Mumm Napa wines, you’ll receive 12 bottles of wine 4 times a year, including 6 bottles of DVX, when you join our Connoisseur club.
The cost of a wine club membership at Mumm Napa varies depending on the level of membership tier you choose and the number of bottles you receive per shipment. Membership levels range from $150-$430 per shipment.
Benefits of joining Club Mumm Napa include access to exclusive wines, discounts on wine purchases, flat-rate shipping for club shipments, preferred seating at the winery, complimentary tastings, exclusive offers, early access to winery events, and more.
You will continue receiving and being charged for quarterly shipments until you cancel. We ask that you commit to a minimum of three club shipments.

Yes, wine club members at Mumm Napa receive discounts on all wine purchases both online and at the winery, as well as access to exclusive member-only discounts and promotions.

Orders/Shipments
In the wine industry, we call a wine club shipment, an order which contains your hand-curated wine you are set to receive regularly, either 2 or 4 times a year based on your wine club tier selection.
From the moment you join and complete your online sign up, our customer service team will be in touch to conveniently schedule with you your first shipment. After that, you’ll be receiving the shipments with the regular cadence 4 times per year in February, May, September & November when joining our Classic and Collector’s tiers, or 2 times per year in May & November when signing up for our DVX tier.

A “member exclusive” wine is a wine that is only available to members of Club Mumm Napa.
Yes, at Mumm Napa, wine club members can customize their shipments to fit their preferences. You can select the wines you want to receive or add additional bottles to your shipment. You will receive a pre-shipment email about 10 days prior to the shipment month, and you are able to customize from the link within the email or by contacting us at 800-686-6272 or mumm_club@mummnapa.com

You can skip a wine club shipment during the Club shipment period either on our website or by contacting our customer service team. Members are allowed to skip one shipment per year. To change your subscription, please contact the Club Mumm Napa team at 800-686-6272 during our hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday), or email us at mumm_club@mummnapa.com. We’ll take care of the rest.
Yes, you can choose to pick up your wine club shipment at the winery. If you can’t pick up your shipment at the winery, you can contact the Club Mumm Napa team at 800-686-6272 during our hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday), or email us at mumm_club@mummnapa.com to have your shipment shipped to you.
We will hold club orders at the winery for 60 days. After that, we will ship the selection to you at your billing address at the standard shipping rate for your membership level.
Shipping
Wine club shipments come with a $30 flat-rate shipping for Classic memberships and $20 flat-rate shipping fee for standard shipping for Collector’s & DVX memberships. HI receive ½ OFF Expedited Shipping. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee.
If you receive a damaged or defective wine club shipment, please reach out to the Club Concierge via email (mumm_club@mummnapa.com), phone (800-686-6272), or text (707-388-8370) to arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, Mumm Napa does not accept returns of wine for reasons other than damage or defects.
There must be an adult 21 years of age or older available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery. We expect our carriers to make multiple delivery attempts, per their policy. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees for returns may apply.
