What can I expect from Mumm Napa's Guest Policy?

Keeping our guests and staff safe and healthy is our number one priority, and we ask that all visitors to Mumm Napa follow our Guest Policy.
Our Guest Policy
All visitors must be 21+. We are unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 21, including infants and children. Thank you for your understanding.
Masks: Unvaccinated guests are required to wear a mask when indoors. For vaccinated guests, masks are optional when indoors.
All tastings are by reservation only and can be made online or by calling 866-783-5826. Once your reservation is confirmed, please call ahead if you have any changes to your party size. We strive to accommodate all updates to a reservation, though we cannot guarantee it.
Tasting experiences can be booked for up to 6 people.Our daily tasting experiences accommodate up to six guests maximum. This includes designated drivers and anyone not participating in a tasting.
Outside food or beverages are not permitted. We offer a selection of small pairing items for you to enjoy with our wines. Please do not consume alcohol away from your designated table.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication, is disruptive, or otherwise interferes with the safety and well-being of others.
Do you require reservations for experiences?
Yes. Reservations are required for all visits to the property, including club members, industry partners, curb-side pick-ups and bottle purchases without tastings.
How do I make a reservation for an experience?
Reservations can easily be made online HERE or by calling 866-783-5826, 9am-5pm for personal assistance any day of the week. Our hours of operation for tastings are 10am- 6pm, daily and the last reservation is at 5pm to allow for a 60-minute seated experience before closing. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you call to let us know. We offer a 15-minute grace period after the reserved time before the reservation is canceled.
How do I use my club member benefits when booking?
Your club member savings will automatically be applied to your reservation upon booking. Please ensure that you are logged in using the email address associated with your club membership.
Can I add people to my reservation upon arrival at the winery?
Please call ahead if you have any changes to your party size. While we cannot guarantee additional guests will be added to reservation, if we have an available table, we will be happy to accommodate changes if the number of total guests does not exceed six people.
What if I am running late?
Please call if you are running late as we have a set timeframe for each reservation so that we can maintain the proper sanitizing standard in-between guests. Parties that are running more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule.
Do you take walk-in’s?
We may be able to accommodate same day reservations, when space allows but we highly recommend that you call in advance for availability at 866-783-5826.
How many people can you accommodate for an experience or tasting?
We can accommodate up to a total of 6 people per table for our daily tasting experiences. This includes designated drivers and anyone not participating in a tasting.
Why can we only book up to six people for a tasting?
Additional planning and space is necessary to deliver the optimal experience for large parties.
We have 8 guests, can we book two groups of four?
We do not seat more than six people at a table, and we do not coordinate seating times across reservations.
Are children allowed at the winery?
No. All guests in your party must be 21+. We are unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 21, including infants and children.
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are allowed at our outdoor experiences. They must be on a leash at all times and are not permitted inside the tasting room or the retail shop. Please read our "Canine Code of Conduct" when entering the barn doors.
Do you accept cash?
We do. However, paying by credit card is highly encouraged.
Should we tip our servers?
Sure! Gratuities are at the sole discretion of the guest.
Can we picnic on your property?
Unfortunately, no. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your reservation can be cancelled at any time before the time of the reservation should your plans change. However, when possible, we request that you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please call 866-783-5826, we are available daily 8:30-4:30PST.
