Ingredients
- 2 parts Mumm Sparkling Brut Rosé, chilled
- 2 parts sparkling water
- 1 part Talenti Raspberry Sorbetto
- Glass – Collins
Directions
- Add the Brut Rosé and sparkling water into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir to chill and strain into a coupe glass.
- Add a scoop of raspberry sorbetto on top and garnish with raspberries and mint
- Serve immediately by handing to your guest by the stem.
