Ingredients
- 1 lime, cut into wheels
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 bottle Mumm Sparkling Brut Rosé, chilled
- Sugar, to taste
- Fresh raspberries & lime wheels for garnishing
Directions
- Muddle lime wheels, raspberries & sugar
- Rest until sugar is dissolved
- Strain using a fine mesh strainer
- Add 1 part compote & 5 parts chilled Mumm Sparkling Brut Rosé to a glass
- Garnish with additional raspberries & lime wheels
- Serve & enjoy!
