Sparkling wine is best enjoyed when it is chilled, but not too cold.
Store your sparkling wine in a cool and dark place, away from heat and light. When ready to serve it, put it in the refrigerator for about three hours, or in a bucket filled with water and ice for about 30 minutes. Avoid the freezer, as extreme cold can damage the quality and flavor of the wine.
When pouring, use a flute or a tulip glass to enhance the wine’s aromas and preserve its bubbles.
Tilt the glass slightly, pouring the wine slowly along the side of the glass until it is about two-thirds full, to prevent the wine from foaming up or overflowing.
