Matchless precision and finesse.
Maison Mumm 2014 RSRV Blanc de Blancs
In 1882, G.H.Mumm bought some vines in the village of Cramant, on the highly prized Côtes des Blancs, right in the heart of the Champagne region. This Chardonnay Grand Cru is fresh and elegant – a remarkable Champagne with matchless precision and finesse.
The color is light & bright with delicate bubbles. The nose reveals scented notes of citrus, fresh flowers & white fruits. The attack is elegant & subtly mineral with a creamy texture leading to an intense expressive finish. RSRV Blanc de Blancs fits with perfectly seafood & white fish such as oysters, lobster, sushi or scallops.
RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2014 is exclusively made of Chardonnay from the Cramant terroir, one of the 17 villages from Champagne ranked Grand Cru. Located in the heart of Côte des Blancs, this vineyard – property of Maison Mumm since 1882 – benefits from ideal weather conditions & a chalk soil, adding liveliness & elegance to the delicacy of Chardonnay. Produced in limited quantities, RSRV Blanc de Blancs bottle has a distinctive narrow neck allowing the wine to develop more slowly for a longer preservation.
RSRV Blanc de Blancs pairs perfectly with seafood and white fish. Try with oysters, lobster, sushi or scallops.
