CUVÉE M MILK CHOCOLATE HIMALAYAN SALTED CARAMEL BARA SEASONAL FAVORITE

Cooked in copper kettles, each small batch of cream, butter, sugar and Mumm Napa Cuvée M are cooked to a soft, chewy golden caramel. The caramel centers are poured onto a marble table, hand cut into bars and enrobed with 38% milk chocolate. Each bar is sprinkled with cocoa powder and pink Himalayan salt to bring out the flavors.
